Levi and I closed out February with a solo trip to Ohio to celebrate Mimi's birthday! As a present, Papa flew us home so we could spend the week together. Although we missed Scott so much, it was good to be home and spend some quality time with the family. It was so warm, we spent as much time outside as we could. Papa had to work everyday, but he always made sure to stop by during the day to have some quality time with his boy. I love seeing those two together. They're going to be the best of friends.
Lydia and Brad just moved back to town from Columbus, so it was great seeing their new house and walking downtown and and doing some local shopping. I've always loved Chillicothe, it makes me so happy to see that people are really trying to revitalize historic downtown. There are several new shops that are just so cute! We even stopped by the new coffee shop, Rost, for an afternoon pick me up.
We all loved watching Levi and Mazie. Every time they are together, it seems like they are learning to interact with each other more and more. Levi loves to crawl all over her, and she smiles and reaches out to touch him. It's so cute. I can't wait to watch these two grow up together!
