The Reds take on the Yankees!!

We were so excited when we found out our Cincinnati Reds were coming to play the New York Yankees. This was a game we HAD to see! We also have a friend from church who was born and raised in Cincinnati. So naturally, we thought we would all go and support our Redlegs.

Scott's boss's dad used to be a Scout for the Reds and he was kind enough to put in a request for some free tickets! The day before the game we found out we got them, but unfortunately there were only 2 tickets and not the 3 we asked for. Scott was so bummed, but he kindly gave up his ticket to Adrienne and I. We ended up having a great girls night out!

When we picked up our tickets at Will Call, our jaws completely dropped. We didn't just get Free tickets, we got FREE FIELD MVP CLUB TICKETS! Those babies were a cool $300 a pop. We were only 26 rows behind home plate on cushioned seats (what?!). We had in-seat food service and access to several lounges. In the lounge right behind our seats they gave out complimentary fountain drinks and popcorn!

When we first sat down, we just sat in silence for a good 10 minutes just taking in the incredible view. We couldn't believe that we were 26 rows from Derek Jeter in his last season at THE YANKEE STADIUM!
