Scott finally finished his exams on Wednesday! Wooohooo!! I had been waiting eagerly for our Christmas season to kick it into full gear and we finally made it! To celebrate, we spent our Thursday evening in a most magical place, Santa Land. Visiting the Macy's santa had been on my NYC bucket list for a while, but it seemed a little silly to visit him without a kid. So, we thought it would be a great first Christmas, to visit THE Santa. We aren't teaching Levi to believe in Santa, but that won't stop us from having a bit of fun during Christmas! :)
Once we arrived at Macy's, we made our way up 8 heavily decorated floors to Santa Land. Since Levi is still so small, we decided to skip the winding line through Santa's village, and got express line tickets that took us through a small portion of the village, skip the line, and head straight to Santa. Macy's does such a stellar job with this. They have the cutest elves along the line leading you and talking with you and making you feel like your baby is the CUTEST one of all. Once it's your turn, they lead you through a little village to a cozy one room cabin where Santa is waiting. They do such a great job leading the kiddies, that you don't even realize that there are several cabins, with several Santas, and the kids never realize it!

Levi was SOOOO tired when we got to Santa, I was all worried his photo wouldn't turn out, but I thought it turned out perfect, and that Santa was so on point.
