A day in German Village

On the weekend before Scott's 30th birthday, my parents offered to keep Levi THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, because they are literally, the best. Life had been so crazy lately, we didn't even know what to do! After a relaxing Friday evening, we spent Saturday at Easton, shopping and eating, and on Sunday we spent the afternoon walking through German Village. German village is probably the cutest neighborhood in all of Columbus. It's situated just south of the city, mostly residential, with a few restaurants and shops sprinkled throughout. We parked a block from Schiller Park and bought delicious sandwiches at the Brown Bag Deli. After the park, we meandered up through the neighborhood until we made it to Pistachia Vera where we ate a couple of beautiful macaroons and drank Cold Brew coffee from Stauf's Coffee Shop. It was a delicious, and perfect day.

30 Weeks!

Lots of gorgeous places were up for sale,
I wonder if anyone would take a severe cut in price to sell us a house??

I'm glad to see that someone at Stauf's is a Twin Peak's fan.

Almost 30 years old!

If you ever get a chance to visit German Village, do it! We only hit a couple of spots, but there are other awesome places to visit, we can't wait to go back.
